MMDA will launch a disciplinary campaign on vehicles who do not turn their lights on at night. We commend MMDA’s efforts, although it’s beyond ridiculous that this needs to be done. How dimwitted can you be if you don’t turn your LIGHTS ON when it’s DARK?! Common sense: it does not exist in this country.
